ELDOA GROUP CLASS – Live via ZOOM

If you are a student, client, athlete or simply looking to increase your overall wellness – the ELDOA class LIVE via ZOOM is for you!
From the comfort of your home or facility, you can attend this osteopathic fitness class taught by our highly experienced ELDOA certified instructors & trainers.

Upcoming Classes:

Click on your chosen class date. You will be directed to the Beach Fitness platform (Wellness Living) to sign up for the class and purchase. You can purchase the Drop-In session $25 or purchase the 10-pack for $200. Only the ELDOA via ZOOM packages are valid for these classes. Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation to your email that includes the ZOOM link for the class.

This is a live class only and can not be recorded, downloaded or viewable at a later time.

Additional instructions:
Set up an area where you can move freely and with a wall space enough to fit your legs.
A yoga mat, water and a hand towel is highly recommended.
Wear comfortable athletic clothes, socks or barefoot. NO SHOES.
Join us on the ZOOM link at least 5 minutes before the class starts.
Make sure ZOOM and your camera is working.
You are on MUTE at the entirety of the class unless instructed otherwise.

In order to protect you and ensure your quality of the class these are some additional items that might be necessary:
Pillow(s)
Chair or sofa
Yoga block(s)
*Only the instructor will see, communicate, and advise you. The ELDOA class and all its participants may be cued to address proper posture and execution of movement.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancelation of the class can be made online up to 30 min before class time. Simply log in to your account and cancel your booking. No refunds.
