Cancellation Policy

A service charge of $150 will apply for all cancellations.

No refunds on ELDOA Level 4 or SOMA Training Education Courses.

No refunds on private or customized engagements.

No refunds on online workshops, online classes or online education.

No refunds on private treatments or appointments.

No refunds on international courses.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy for ELDOA Levels 1–3 (U.S. Courses only and CEU Approved)

Refunds will not be issued within 30 days of the course or seminar start date.

Rescheduling Option:
Course participants may reschedule their enrollment one time within 12 months of the original course date.

All reschedule requests must be submitted in writing to info@eldoausa.com at least 5 days prior to the original course start date.

Participants must reschedule into an equal ELDOA Certification Course taught by Bryce Turner.

The rescheduled course must occur within 12 months of the original course date.

Failure to reschedule and attend within the 12-month period will be considered a late cancellation and a forfeited attendance.

Rescheduling does not qualify for a refund.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows:
Cancellations made within 5 days of the course start date are considered a late cancellation or no-show and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
